Overview
A web-based apartment search tool that lets prospective tenants explore a building floor-by-floor with video flyovers and real-time unit availability.
The Challenge
A residential developer needed a better way to showcase available units online. Static listings and PDFs weren't converting — prospects wanted to visualize the building and understand what each floor offered.
Our Solution
We built an interactive web experience where users can navigate a 9-floor building floor by floor, watch video flyovers of each level, filter units by size and price, and click through to detailed floor plans — all without leaving the browser.
