A web-based apartment search experience that lets prospects understand the building floor by floor through guided video views and clearer unit-level context.
The Challenge
A residential developer needed a better way to showcase available units online. Static listings and PDFs were not giving prospects enough spatial understanding of the property or the relationship between floors, layouts, and amenities.
Our Solution
We built an interactive web experience where users can explore a multi-floor building, view cinematic floor sequences, filter units by key criteria, and understand the property without leaving the browser.
